Mind

Understanding how your history, emotions, and sense of self have been shaped. Rooted in psychodynamic therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).

Body

Sensing how all of that lives in your body, and how it shapes the way you show up in relationships. Rooted in somatic work, mindfulness, and nervous system awareness.

Between the two, we use practical tools like DBT, ACT, and Somatic Experiencing to help you turn insight into how you actually live.
