See if we're the right fit

Twofold brings together two perspectives: mind and body. We work with how your history, emotions, and sense of self have been shaped, and with how all of that lives in your body and shapes the way you show up in relationships. Kyle is the primary clinician; Samantha works with select couples and relational cases as her schedule allows.

Our toolkit spans EFT and psychodynamic therapy for understanding your patterns, somatic work and mindfulness for how they live in your body, DBT for building skills, ACT for getting unstuck, and the Gottman method for couples who want to stop having the same fight. We don't pick one framework and force everything through it. We match the approach to what you need.

The paperwork

To save our time together for what matters, we handle the logistical details through a secure digital portal. You can complete the standard consent forms and a brief history at your own pace, in your own space, before we ever meet.

Your first sessions

We'll spend the first session or two simply getting to know one another. There's no pressure to have all the answers or to tell your whole story at once. We move at your speed, looking at what brought you here and what kind of support feels most sustainable right now.

Finding a path forward

By the end of our first few meetings, we'll have a gentle roadmap. Whether we find relief through somatic grounding, skill-building, or creative expression, we decide together which anchors feel most helpful for your specific journey.

Working with your team

We believe therapy works best as part of a whole-person approach and are happy to coordinate with psychiatrists, PCPs, and other providers when it's helpful.
